Savings account is okay, service can improve

Opened a Digital Savings Account last month. The online process was fairly smooth, got it set up quickly. However, I had a small query about the minimum balance requirements and calling customer care took longer than I expected, around 15 minutes hold time. The agent was helpful once I connected, but that wait was a bit annoying. Overall, it's a functional account, but they could definitely work on reducing customer service wait times. The internet banking portal is user-friendly though, no complaints there.

Good for credit card offers

I've used my RBL Bank credit card for shopping during the Big Billion Days sale again. Got that usual 10% instant discount on Flipkart. It's consistent, always works without any fuss. That's why I keep coming back, no issues at all.

Zomato card is decent

Decided to get the RBL Zomato Edition card after seeing the ads. My first purchase gave me a good discount on a large order from a new restaurant. It was a decent saving, made me feel like the card was worth applying for. The welcome benefits were okay too, nothing extraordinary but still useful for my budget.
